What we collect
Your name, email, phone, property details and photos, and payment status. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
How we use it
- To create, publish and maintain your listing, including sending listing data and photos to the MLS, which shares it with Zillow, Realtor.com and other sites.
- To write your listing copy. Property details (not your contact information) are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate your listing.
- To email you about your listing.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your information. We don’t share your contact information with anyone except as shown on your MLS listing (your showing contact) and as the law requires.
