FSBO ListedList my home

Your yard sign and the 24/7 property hotline

What callers hear, how their messages reach you, and why agents asking for your listing don’t get through.

The sign

Every FSBO Listed home gets a FOR SALE BY OWNER yard sign with our 24/7 property hotline and a QR code to our homes-for-sale search. Put it near the street where drivers can read it, facing the direction most traffic comes from.

What a caller hears

  1. The hotline answers and asks which home they’re calling about. They say the street address.
  2. It tells them the price, beds, baths, square feet and highlights from your approved listing, and answers questions from those details.
  3. It offers to have you call them back. If they want that, it takes their name and number and asks whether they’re a buyer or a buyer’s agent.
  4. You get their details by email, and by text if you turned on text alerts. Call or text them back when it suits you.

Agents asking for your listing

Owners selling on their own often get more calls from agents wanting the listing than from buyers. The hotline politely tells those callers you’re selling it yourself and doesn’t pass them on. Your dashboard counts how many it screened out. Buyer’s agents with a buyer are passed along.

Use it everywhere

Put the hotline number in your own ads instead of your cell: Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, flyers, your Zillow post. Tell people to say your street address when they call. The Marketing tab has posts with this already written in.

Your number is never given out. If you hide your home from the homes search, it also comes off the hotline.
